This is my story...

Throughout most of my life I have personally suffered severe trauma, whether it be from family members or personal relationships. This trauma has led to many deep and often 'dark' places.

Had i decided not to choose support, my life would most definitely turned out in a very different way... a way in which I shall not discuss.

At times, we might think that all is lost. Sometimes we believe that our own lives don't matter, or have as much or as little importance as others or ourselves, equally.
